Submit your duly completed forms and documents to SHRM College 1 month before the commencement date.

Note

• All students are required to bring along the original documents as stated above. Your enrolment will be void if you fail to produce the original copies of your certificates and transcripts.
• All documents submitted to SHRM College will not be returned.
• Student’s Pass application is subject to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore’s approval.

You will be informed in writing of the outcome of your application. All applications will be considered on individual merit. Possession of any one of the qualifications listed does not necessarily guarantee automatic entry to the programme. Successful applicants will be issued a Letter of Offer.

Once you accept the offer, you will have to sign and return the “Acceptance of Offer” form before the stipulated deadline.

ICA requires all foreign students to hold a valid Student’s Pass for full-time study in Singapore. An application for a Student’s Pass will only be submitted to ICA via SOLAR+ upon SHRM’s receipt of the duly completed “Acceptance of Offer”. There are no additional fees to be paid at this point. Students shall receive the outcome within 4 to 5 weeks.

We will send you the Advisory Note to Students, the Acknowledgement of Contract Explanation and the PEI-Student Contract once your Student’s Pass application is approved-in-principle by ICA. You are required to read and sign the Advisory Note before signing the PEI-Student Contract, and to sign the Acknowledgement of Contract Explanation after the contract has been explained to you.

Students are required to pay according to Schedule B of the PEI-Student Contract with SHRM College. You may approach us if you require assistance finding accommodation and airport pick-up services.

International students are advised to enter Singapore 14 days before the commencement of the programme to ensure that you have sufficient time to settle down and complete the formalities. Please report to the College within 24 hours of your arrival in Singapore.
