SHRM College, established in 2007 and formerly known as SHRM School of Hospitality & Resort Management, welcomed its first cohort of students in the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management programme in January 2008 and celebrated its inaugural graduating class in January 2010. In September 2010, the College was awarded its provisional EduTrust certification by the Committee for Private Education (CPE). SHRM went on to earn the prestigious 4-Year EduTrust Certification in January 2015, successfully renewed it in January 2019, and again in 2023.

SHRM College collaborates with Wrexham University, UK, to offer top-up final year programmes leading to the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management (Top-up), Bachelor of Arts (Hons) International Business (Top-up), and the Master of Business Administration. In August 2018, the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, recognized degrees from Wrexham University delivered through SHRM College in Singapore, adding them to the certified list of foreign qualifications.

In addition, SHRM College also partners with the University of Cumbria, UK, to offer the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, further expanding its postgraduate education offerings and providing students with broader opportunities for academic and professional advancement.
