SHRM College, established in 2007 and formerly known as SHRM School of Hospitality & Resort Management, welcomed its first cohort of students in the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management programme in January 2008 and celebrated its inaugural graduating class in January 2010. In September 2010, the College was awarded its provisional EduTrust certification by Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) – Formerly known as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). SHRM went on to earn the prestigious 4-Year EduTrust Certification in January 2015 and successfully renewed it in January 2019 and again in 2023.
SHRM College collaborates with Wrexham University, UK, to offer top-up final year programmes leading to the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management (Top-up) and the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) International Business (Top-up), as well as the Master of Business Administration. In August 2018, the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, recognised degrees from Wrexham University delivered through SHRM College in Singapore, adding them to its list of certified foreign qualifications.
In addition, SHRM College partners with the University of Cumbria, UK, to offer the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, further expanding its postgraduate education offerings and providing students with broader opportunities for academic and professional advancement.

The College’s student population has a good mix of nationalities from countries such as China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. It is the policy of the College to have a good mix of nationalities for student development and cultural enrichment.
