To enhance the confidence of students and their parents in the quality of education in Singapore, SHRM College will enter into a Standard PEI-Student Contract which protects our students’ interests. The terms and conditions of this contract are guided by the standard template provided by SWDA. The PEI-Student Contract lays out the important terms and conditions governing the relationship between the student and SHRM College.

Your PEI-Student Contract with SHRM will clearly state the following:

• Date of commencement and completion of each intake/course
• 假期安排
• 考试日期
• 颁发证书的组织
• Fees
• 退款政策

Kindly sign the “Acknowledgement of Contract Explanation” after the contract briefing is completed and you agree to all the terms and conditions. If you are under the age of 18, the form must be signed by your parent or legal guardian.

根据新加坡私立教育理事会的要求，学校必须设立学费保障计划，即当学校无法继续运作、经营而导致破产关闭的时候，该计划将保护学生所缴纳的费用。另外，如果法院判决学校退还学费而学校不能履行，该保障计划也将保护学生得到赔偿。

如果 PEI 未能支付新加坡法院针对其做出的判决而产生的罚款或退还给学生的费用，FPS 也会保护学生。所有在 PEI 攻读 EduTrust 认证课程的学生（本地和国际学生）都必须参加 FPS。 FPS适用于持续时间超过1个月或50小时以上的课程，为学生支付的所有费用提供全面保障。注册这些课程的学生需要支付 FPS 费用，该费用根据所投保课程的费用而有所不同。

SHRM has a Fee Protection Scheme Group Insurance (FPS-G) policy with an SWDA-approved FPS provider, so that the course fees of all enrolled students are protected. SHRM reports the fees paid by students to the insurer every month. Each payment is protected from the date it is paid until the end of the course.

SHRM’s FPS provider is Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd. All compulsory fees paid by you to be enrolled at SHRM are protected under the FPS. The following fees are not protected:

• the application fee;
• Goods and Services Tax (GST);
• the FPS insurance premium;
• examination fees collected less than 2 months before the examination date; and
• miscellaneous fees, which are non-compulsory fees that students pay only when necessary or applicable (for example, supplementary paper and repeat fees). These are normally collected on an ad-hoc basis when the need arises and will be reflected clearly in the Student Contract.
