Gives you a
Programme designed for Career Transition in the Food Manufacturing and Food Services Industry
Jointly developed by WorkForce Singapore (WSG), this programme aims to help Singaporean or Singapore PR who are in their mid-career to re-skill with the necessary competencies in order to switch to their new careers.
CCPs for the Food Service and Manufacturing Industry , provided by SHRM College, is designed and customized to fully prepare you to join the booming industry. Selected candidates will take up Job Roles as shown in the following figures. (Not limited to the positions shown)
- F&B experience is not required
- Job interview provided
- Structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) upon acceptance
- Min Salary starting at $3,400 (PMET)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Aged 21 years old and above
- Graduated or completed National Service at least 2 years prior at the point of application
- New Hire nominated by an eligible participating company for the CCP
- New Hire must not have prior working experience or been in a similar job role in previous employment
- Must not be a shareholder of the company, or its related companies
- Must not be immediate ex-staff of the participating company or its related entities
- Must not be related to the owner(s) of the company
