Francis retired from the Singapore Civil Service after 23 years of service. He was also with the Singapore Economic Development Board and held concurrent appointments in Singapore Technology Group and Sembawang Group as Managing Director/Executive Director involved in developing industrial parks in Indonesia and China. He sits on various Boards of listed and private companies including BAF Spectrum Pte Ltd (private –Spring SEEDS funding program), and the non-profit Business Angels Network, Southeast Asia (BANSEA). Francis holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Singapore and a Master’s of Letters in Strategic Studies from Aberdeen University, Scotland.

Dr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and a Master’s in Public Health Administration from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Lee was the CEO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Prior to that she was the CEO of Woodbridge Hospital and the Institute of Mental Health.
C. Chandrasegar is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is presently practising as an Advocate and Solicitor and is a Senior Director of Tan Ping Chin LLC. C. Chandrasegar is also a Solicitor of England and Wales and an Australian Legal Practitioner in New South Wales and is a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. He is an author of two leading books on Mergers and Acquisitions: “Take-overs and Mergers in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong” and “Takeovers and Mergers” and co-authored the Company Secretarial Practice Manual in Singapore.
Siew Ching holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the University of Singapore and a Master’s of Law (LL.M) from the University College London, UK. She has over 20 years of experience in Corporate and International Maritime law, having served as Managing Director of a shipping agency and maritime consultancy company, as well as Legal Advisor, Group Corporate Secretary and Head of Insurance for one of Singapore’s largest shipping companies.
