This module introduces learners to the fundamental theories of both management and organizational behaviour with the application of a business management system. Topics covered include Team Processes, Communication, Team Building, Methods to encourage employees and etc.

After the completion of this course, learners will facilitate positive working relationships and a culture of open communication and diversity within the organisation.

  2. Learners will be able to establish team processes.
  3. Learners will be able to promote diversity in the team.
  4. Learners will be able to build team rapport and demonstrate respect.
