Step 1: Arrival in Singapore
To ensure all international students have a smooth transition from his/ her home countries to Singapore, we provide international student services that include airport pick-up, accommodation arrangement, medical check-up and assistance in the arrangement of Student’s Pass formalities completion. You are advised to contact the Country Manager 7 days before arrival if you require airport pick-up and accommodation.
Step 2: Reporting to School
Students are required to enter Singapore 14 days before the commencement of the programme, if your Student’s Pass application is successful, and report to the college within 24 hours upon your arrival in Singapore.
Step 3: Medical Check Up
Students are required to submit a medical report for Student’s Pass formalities completion, our staff will bring you to the appointed clinics to do the medical check-up.
Step 4: Arrange for Completion of Student’s Pass Formalities and Collection of Student’s Pass
We will help students to book for an appointment via ICA e-appointment facility at http://eappointment.ica.gov.sg for Student’s Pass formalities completion. Foreign students issued with In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters are required to complete formalities in person at ICA office, 4th storey, ICA Building. Applicants must be in Singapore on a valid Immigration pass to collect the Student’s Pass. The completion of formalities is strictly by appointment only. Applicants are required to bring along the documents required for collection of the Student’s Pass as stated in the IPA letters. Please refer to ICA Official Website for more details. For every student who has completed the formalities, you are required to acknowledge a copy of the Terms & Conditions of Student’s Pass (STP) card prior to collection of Student’s Pass.
Important Note:
- Student’s Pass holders are prohibited from working in Singapore, regardless of whether paid or unpaid.
- Students are required to fulfil at least 90% attendance at all time.
