Step 2: Reporting to School For International Students, you are advised to enter Singapore 14 days before the commencement of the programme to ensure that you have sufficient time to settle down and to complete the formalities. Please report to the college within 24 hours upon your arrival in Singapore. Step 3: Medical Check Up Students are required to submit a medical report for Student\u2019s Pass formalities completion, our staff will bring you to the appointed clinics to do the medical check-up. Step 4: Arrange for Completion of Student\u2019s Pass Formalities and Collection of Student\u2019s Pass We will help students to book for an appointment via ICA e-appointment facility at http:\/\/eappointment.ica.gov.sg for Student\u2019s Pass formalities completion. Foreign students issued with In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters are required to complete formalities in person at ICA office, 4th storey, ICA Building. Applicants must be in Singapore on a valid Immigration pass to collect the Student\u2019s Pass. The completion of formalities is strictly by appointment only. Applicants are required to bring along the documents required for collection of the Student\u2019s Pass as stated in the IPA letters. Please refer to ICA Official Website for more details. For every student who has completed the formalities, you are required to acknowledge a copy of the Terms &amp; Conditions of Student\u2019s Pass (STP) card prior to collection of Student\u2019s Pass. Important Note: Student\u2019s Pass holders are prohibited from working in Singapore, regardless of whether paid or unpaid.
